Thank you for visting my website. I appreciate that you have taken the time to either listen to the Optamind demo, or read the pages on my site.

My guess is that you were attracted to the site by the promise of greater peace, happiness and success, by getting into the habit of daily meditation. Well that will certainly be the case in my experience.

You may already know about meditation, and that is very commendable. Every now and then I find some people that know a little or a lot about a something have ”premature closure” on that subject. What that means, in a nutshell, is they believe they know all about it and can’t learn anything more, and anything you tell them, they already know, because their 300 year old guru Swami Suchabanana already taught them the secrets to life, happiness and the universe. Please don’t be that person. I had to learn many of the things I’ll be sharing with you (if you let me) many times before I really knew them well enough to integrate them into my life. Besides that, repetition is the mother of skill, and skill is certainly required in making a life of peace, happiness and success.

Would you not agree that peacefullness and happiness, a healthy body, a full bank accountl, and fulfilling relationships are worthwhile goals? Are they worthy of your efforts to attain them? Are you able and willing to invest 30 minutes a day (to start) to create the life you want?

It has been said by many wise people that there is a price to pay for what you want in this life. The smallest price, is the money value, which can be paid in a blink of an eye, without a second thought. The real price is the daily consistent commitment to doing the things that contribute to goal achievement.

A meditation practice is one of the best ways of exercising your personal power. It may not look like much, just sitting there, not doing anything, and not getting any work done. At first glance that is how it appears to one who has not meditated before. In truth, much is being done and accomplished. We know from experience that meditation and comtemplation of your goals is a very worthwhile activity. It is not just “sitting there”. What you do with your inner mind very definitely affects your outer world.
